DNS Replication

Hi.

I have 2 DCs w/ AD dns. We just added a 3rd as a
replacement for one for one of the others. The 3rd will
not replicate with the others. I receive RPC errors,
however, all DNS tests including nslookup look good. I
have searched high and low and can find no answers. Ideas
very welcome.
