dns problem

i am facing a typical problem in windows 2000 server i am unable to view the
zones but when i map it to another server i am able to view the zones and
the computers what might the problem be

....then I suggest you post in microsoft.public.win2000.dns (or
microsoft.public.windows.server.dns), as this is a Windows XP security
group.
