DNS not working after adding to domain

Running AD with internal DNS, and DHCP, and GPO.

On laptops, after joining into my company¹s domain, DIALUP is OK, but DNS
not working, as IP address has to be used instead of domain names to browse
the web or email. Confirm that the laptop¹s is not getting DNS service ...

Anybody can help ...

Can you ping a machine on the network by name? If so, are forwarders setup
properly in the DNS Server configs?
