DNS Migration

Is it possible to migrate DNS settings to an additional
domain controller that will eventuall become the only
domain controller? If so, is there a migration tool such
as the Active Directory Migration Tool? Any help or
advice would be deeply appreciated.

TO another DC? If the two DCs are in the same domain, easy, make your zone
AD Integrated. Then on the other DC, make the same zone, and make it AD
Integrated. It will pop right up. Otherwise, you can make a secondary on the
other machine, do a zone transfer, then make the new zone the Primary.
