DNS headache

Hello heres the situation, I have three domains, root
doamin local other two remote (VPN) I can ping the other
two from my root server, and I have Forwarders on my root
server pointing to my two other DC/DNS servers and my two
other DC/DNS servers have forwarding to my root server. I
can ping Domain B from my root server Domain A, but I can
not ping Domain C from my root server, only via IP, not a
DNS name. What can I do to fix this and make my DNS
structure more efficent.

Wait..... YOUR Root servers forward to DC/DNS servers which in turn forward
to YOUR Root servers??? If yes, then that's the beginning of your problems
(whatever the problems are). You are creating a loop and won't get anywhere.

I apologize if I've misread your question. If I haven't, then fix your setup
so that your DNSA forwards to DNSB and DNSB forwards to your ISP (or just
remove the forwarder on DNSB)
