It apparently seems you have two DNS app partitions with the same name.
Deleting one of them should do the trick.

See:

and this on how to use ntdsutil for this issue:

Hi Ace,

I still don't know what was duplicated, where it can be
found and what I am looking for but I fixed my problem by
performing the following. I deleted both my forward and
reverse DNS zones....rebooted the server and it got fixed
on the reboot. Windows 2003 starting to fix itself... I
LOVE IT....
Thanks ACE for all your help, it is greatly appreciated.
I am still trying to make head and tail of the
NTDSutil....any articles on this would be great....

Thanking You

We had the same problem. I could not find a lot of
information on the error. Our environment = two 2003
Domain Controllers running DNS.

1) We changed every zone, forward and reverse from
AD to just primary. That created the dns file in
windows\system32\dns.
2) We copied the dns files to another directory.
3) We then put the dns zones back into AD.
4) We then deleted all the AD zones.
5) Once they were deleted, and replication happened
(or you can delete them out of both DNS servers) we
copied the dns files that were created when the zones
were just primary non-AD zones back to the
windows\system32\dns directory and created a new zone,
and had it load from a file. (we only did this on one DNS
server, not both)
6) Once all the forward and reverse zones were
reloaded we made them AD zones. We made sure the _msdcs
zone was a forest AD zone and the other were just Domain
AD zones.
7) Since we have two DNS servers, we made sure zone
transfers are turned on, and that the name servers were
entered correctly.
8) Once that was done, replication happened between
DC's and everything was fine, no more error.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

It fixed itself? Interesting... that I didn't know it would do. Have to
remember that. Seems like self-preservation! :)

As for NTDSUTIL, that's an interesting utility. Here's some info and links
on it below. And no problem for the attempt at helping out. Always a
pleasure to help... :)
