Hi, I have encountered a problem that requires some major help from someone
who is either a computer engineer or programmer...this is because my dad (who
is a computer engineer) took it upon himself to temporarily block a gaming
site I enjoy playing on my spare time...however he didn't go the route most
of you would think which is Control Pannel, Internet Properties, Content,
ect... I attempted to reach the site going completely through the ip adress
as well instead of the url thinking perhaps he just blocked that...but no
cigar. So now I am coming to you guys for help on this situation because this
is beyond my expertice ty

I respect your father for not allowing his computer to be completely messed
up by software that will obviously install itself when you go viewing nasty
web pages.

Who should want to offend such an intelligent man.

Wow you guys can't help me at all huh....for one its a gaming site called
Outwar...and 2 its my computer that I payed 1.7 grand on not him...hes just
getting back at me for getting arrested and having 5 citations for things
pertaining to his social status lol...so sue me for that but I could
seriously use some help if u know what the heck your doing thank you

well thank you...I never thought about going the hosts file route and you are
the second person to metion it tonight as well...and what do you know thats
the source to all my problems. At least you were more help to me then Santa
and Bar...thanks

lol.. all that and you think you should be able to goof off at a gaming site
after your told not to..

Well think about this. m,aybe he blocked the website and/or ports from the
firewall or router if you have one. You can also block sites in your hosts
file as well as the registry. I'm sure that is enough information for you to
figure it out because your monicer is "EliTe"

EliTe, try start, help and support, System restore and find a day prior to
the mishap... restore from that date.
