If the other network has a DNS server and zone for that network, then add a
secondary zone on your server pointing to the other. If you will hosting
the names in the other network, then add another zone (if using different
domain name) and have the other clients update into your DNS server (i.e.
they will point to your DNS server's IP.) hth

There is a DNS server on the other Network?
The way I see it you only have two choices 1 pull a Secondary zone from the
other network or 2 set the other DNS as a forwarder and check "Do not use
recursion" on the forwarder tab. The problem with the second choice it
creates a point of failure for your DNS server.
