DNS Administration on Vista?

Hi,

I'm fairly new to Vista and was wondering if it is possible to administer a
DNS server on Vista (if one is available) using .Net?

I have used the System.Management namespace for DNS administration on
Windows 2003 server, but can't find the DNS server anywhere on Vista, nor any
related documentation.

Any advice is greatly appreciated,
