DllRegisterServer asptxn.dll

I am not able to register asptxn.dll. The message I get is
DllRegisterServer in asptxn.dll failed. Return code was:
0x80070002. This happened when I tried following step no.
6 in the page http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=kb;en-us;309051.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
