DLL running on startup

Does anyone recognize this DLL that is in my startup group?

nvqtwk.dll

I was removing items from my startup in the registry of a
Win2K computer and noticed this value. I don't recognize
it and haven't installed any new applications in some time.
It uses RUNDLL32.exe to load and the DLL is located in
C:\Winnt\System32\

I realize it may be a legitimate DLL, but I have no idea
what it is for. It's name is NvCplDaemon, REG_SZ key,
Description is: RUNDLL32.exe NvQTwk, NvCplDaemon initialize

Any Ideas?
