dll problem on start-up

What is error loading c\windows\system\drazfsf.dll.
I get this message every time I start windows xp.
I have just upgraded from ME. I was getting the same error
message in ME. Can anyone help!

You need to post in

microsoft.public.windowsxp.general

this is a Windwos 2000 Pro group
