dll failure

downloaded the 3 steps to protect your PC, after
downloading I rebooted as directed. The computer would not
reboot due to the following error
"user interface dllmsgina.dll failure to load
contact your system administrator to replace the dll or
restore the original dll"

a second message reads
"winlogon.exe entry point not found. The procedure entry
point associsdangerous could not be located in the dynamic
link library shlwapi.dll

please advise

Thanks for the response
The problem I have is I can't get into fix this
The error messages just keep rebooting my PC
I can't even get to my start menu
any ideas

Reboot into SAFE MODE.

How to Access Safe Mode
http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/repair_xp.htm#How to access Safe Mode

Once you are in SAFE MODE, go to:
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
Select a RESTORE POINT that was created prior to downloading
SP1, such as yesterday's Restore Point.

Then perform the following:

1. Perform a DISK CLEANUP:
(Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup)

2. Go to Start > Run and type: CMD , and hit enter. In the Command
Prompt window type: CHKDSK /F , and hit enter, answer "yes" and
reboot your computer.

I got into safe mode but the failure message still comes
up and I can't do anything
