DLL error in Windows Explorer

Help ... I don't know what else to do!
I'm getting this error about 30 times a day, whether
windows explorer is open or not.
"explorer.exe ModName: thunk32.dll ModVer: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 00002af4"

I don't know what to do! I have an ad-aware program plus
Symantec Anti-Virus, but nothing is coming up.
What can I do?? I have all the latest patches and
updates ....
