I'm afraid you've posted in the wrong group. This forum is for
discussion of Microsoft Access, the database program, not a general
"public access" discusssion forum as its name may have misled you into
thinking. I don't believe any of the Microsoft discussion groups is
suitable for your question, as they are technical groups dealing with
various MS products. You may want to use something like Google Groups
(http://groups.google.com) to look for a non-Microsoft group that deals
with legal matters like yours.
Speaking from experience . . . no matter how much documentation you have or
forward to your lawyer the assets will continue to reside where they always
have, Whatever is her's is Her's and whatever is your's is Her's.
On a serious side almost every State in the USA has their own set of forms
for this.
