Hi,
I want to create a small booklet, in which I want to
divide a A4 page into 4 equal section, so that each
section represent 1 page for me to key in the content with
page no. at the bottom.

Anyone know how to do this?

If you have Word 2000 (I think it is) or later, it is possible to print 4
pages to a sheet.

I know MS word has got this feature. I have tried printing
it, however I realise that it doesn't divide the full A4
size page exactly into my 4 pages.

I've also added page border to ease in cutting, you will
see that MS word always leave some blank in between of my
4 pages in a single A4 page.

No matter how I adjust the margin, it still don't divide
nicely...

A page border couldn't possibly help because it's not intended to print
right on the edge of the paper, which is what it would have to do in order
to provide the necessary cutting lines. You'll need to try a different
approach.

Yes, apparently after printing out the page I can see that
it don't work. What I did now is to customize the size of
the page to one quarter of a A4 size page and print 4
pages in 1 page.

Thou' it looks better now, it is not perfect yet, Somehow
MS word still leave some spaces in between some of the
area. When I fold a A4 size page into a quarter, the
position of the pg no. don't lies exactly...

Is there no ways that MS word can fill up a A4 size page
totally?
