DIVERTING INCOMING CALLS

I have an email address of "office@......". I want to set it up to copy all
incoming messages automatically to a number of key internal addressees, to
ensure that emails are actioned, when people are out of the office etc.

Can this be achieved and if so how?

Where did you get that version # from? Outlook 2007 is 12.0.xxxx.xxxx - the
last 8 depend on the update you have installed and should be 5xxxx.5000 and
higher - highest available right now is 12.0.6416.1000.

In any event, use Tools, Rules and Alerts to move the mail around. Or, if
using Exchange server, use out-of-office or have the admin set up forwarding
on the server.

Yes, I had looked at "out of office" and "tools, rules etc" and they don't
seem to allow me to do what I want. You can intercept messages from
designated email addressees and forward them, but I can't find out how to
establish a rule to copy all intercoming message to a couple or three
designated email addressees.
