Distributions Lists

Our company has several group distribution lists set up. For one particular
individual, whenever he's added to one of our smaller group distribution
lists, he's automatically gets taken out of a larger group distribution list.
He's the only one that this seems to be happening to. Suggestions?

Hard to make any suggestion when we have no idea how you're doing this, in
what version of Outlook, or where the original Contact data resides.

We use Outlook 2003. The original contact data resides in our company's
Global Address list. I'm not the one actually modifying the list....I'm just
trying to find out why this individual (who reports to me) is continually
getting bounced off of this distribution list and the individual with
authority to modify lists says he and others have no idea why this is
happening since it's happening to no one else. I know that he said there was
some sort of "primary" designation on the Exchange Server that he thought
might be the issue but apparently not. Basically, when he gets added to my
team's distribution list, he gets bumped off of our office's distribution
list. When he get's added back to our office's list, he gets bumped off of my
team's list.

Then your question belongs in an Exchange group, not an Outlook group.
Outlook has no control over a GAL.
