Distribution Lists Redux

Is there any microsoft recommended products or parners which provide an add
in to create and administrate user lists (Ala LISTSOFT)? I have seen third
party tools that support this on other platforms (r.g. Linux\Unix\Solaris)
but nothing for Exchange 2003.

We use a great deal of disribution lists and I have to contsantly do some
kludgy ways of getting it to work.
