Well, I guess I don't understand all the functionality of Outlook. I
want
to
send a newsletter and thought I could use Outlook rather than
subscribing
to
a newsletter site like Topica and subject my recipients to ads. I want
to
send a newsletter using my own client and I wasn't sure if I could do
this
with Outlook. Do you have a recommendation for how I might do this?
:
Outlook data can only be stored in an Outlook data file.
Maybe I'm not understanding your question.

Of course?
:
So you are saying you want to create and store this Distribution
List
other
than in your Contacts Folder?
That is not possible of course.

Russ:
No, this is not what I need because this method still looks in
the
address
book or contact list to verify each address. I'm trying to
insert a
different list of email addresses that I don't need to add to my
contact
list
or address book. I'm trying to avoid adding 150 email contacts
manually.
:
That would depend entirely on the format of this "list." The
instructions
have been posted here many times:

I want to create a distribution list from a list of email
addresses
in
the
body of an email. I don't want to have to add each to my
contact
list,
I
only want to import the entire list of email addresses into a
distribution
list in bulk, at one time. How can I do this?
