Distribution Lists - extract addreses

Thanks for responding so quickly! I saw your response to this when it came up
from googling the above. Problem is, when I do this all I get is a file that
has the name of the distribution list; there's nothing else there.

Thought I understood your solution. What did I do wrong?

Step 1: Inside Outlook, clicked on Address Book Icon
Step 2: From Corporate Address Book found the Distribution List I wanted
Step 3: Selected "Add to Contacts"
Step 4: When list came up, I went to File and selected "Save As" and gave it
a name
Step 5: Went to location of saved file and opened

Here is the contents of the file:

Distribution List Name: #xxx-Pittsburgh All

Members:

#xxx-Pittsburgh All

Is there something I did not understand or did wrong regarding the
instructions?

That's why I added the second post. btw... I just created a MyList from
contacts in my Contacts and your solution works perfectly on it.

So if anyone adds the any FAQ's out there, I guess you get to clarify, or
ask posters to clarify, if this is a corporate DL or not.
