I am trying to set up a distribution list. When I copy names off the "To"
box, copy them by highlighting them and then point to New in File menu per
the Microsoft Office Assistance help instructions the "Distribution List" is
supposed to come up but doesn't. What do I need to do? Do the addresses
have to already be in my Contacts?
