Distribution List Corrupted

I have OL2003, using a POP3 email service. I think somehow my distribution
lists are corrupted, because if I send an email to more than one DL, I get a
MSWord error "An unexpected error has occurred".

I already deleted and recreated the DLs but I can't send an e-mail to more
than one DL or I receive the above mentioned error, I have to do it one by
one.

Any hint?

Thanks,

Judy,

Thank you very much for your answer.

I was looking for some posts about DL and couldn't find any, but anyhow, I
believe I have a problem with my outlook, as when I click on the categories
column I receive an error message "You cannot sort by this field"

If I am correct what you suggest is that I select the category I want the
e-mail to, click on actions and select send an e-mail.

As I currently can't select the category, Can I select several categories at
the same time (I believe I should use the CTRL key)?

Why are the DL unreliable? I have been using them for years and for an
unknown reason to me just last week I started having problems.

Another problem I have now, is that one of my DL contains another DL and it
doesn't recognize the recipients, because immediately I receive a System
Administrator Message "None of your e-mail accounts could send to this
recipient"

Thanks,

Eduardo

You'll need to learn how to Group By Category (or use that View). Turn on
the Advanced Toolbar and use the Group By box, Field Chooser, Current View
window. There are some tips on my web site about this.
