Hi, I
I've created a form (.doc) to be filled in by applicants (outside the
company) which will receive this form via e-mail. Is this possible. By
testing with another colleague the format of the document changed, like page
setup, etc. How can I prevent this from happening?
Thanks & Regards, Lupe

You can't, really. How the document looks when YOU Print Preview it depends
on the Printer Driver and Printer you have installed. Different printers
will have different settings such as margins, font dimensions, etc etc.;
it's a fairly long list.

You might have better luck with either PDF or even HTML documents.

I thought so also, but now I know for sure. Thanks for your response.
