Running a macro within a form?

Is it possible to run a macro in a fillable form? I have a form that the
user fills out, and sometimes they have one entry for a field, sometimes 4
entries ect. By default i have the form setup for 1 entry, but if they fill
in a 2nd entry, I would like to have a macro set the document up for the 2nd
entry (space the document, put in the II. and then the entry), and then do
the same for a 3rd, and 4th if necessary. Is this possible?
