Distribute List

I'm Using "Outlook 2007"
I'm sending from a Large Distribute list with Probably 100 Email addresses.
The messages seem to be sent as I send myself a copy that I receive, however
their is no proof of the email being sent as there is No Copy left in the
sent folder. Also, the email gets jammed in the "Outbox". When I click the
"Send & Receive" button again, to see if it will continue to send, the
process seems to lose control and begins performing thousands of send tasks
and will not stop performing until I click on the "exit without sending". I
don't have a clue as to what kind of tasks it is performing however it seems
to be working at an intense speed. If I send from a small distribution list
os say 10 email addresses I don't seem to have this problem.
What do I need to do to repair this problem?

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.

Note 1; are you permitted by your ISP to send messages in bulk?
Note 2; if the recipients do not know each other it is better to use the BCC
field instead or else you would be exposing (private) email addresses.

To remove the current message from your Outbox see;

Tks for the prompt reply.. I do send out all my bulk mailings BCC.
I've turned off Mcafee virus detector and have checked with my ISP's and
neither of them have a restriction on sending out bulk mail.
Now what?

I'm also getting the message "Microsoft Office Outlook is synchronizing
folders". This message stays on until I delete the email out of the "Outbox".
Hope this helps to rectify this problem.
