Distribute data to new worksheets

Hi,
I have a large list of data, and I need to create new worksheets fo
each group of data with the same value in one of the collumns
Preferrably, but not necessarily, all the worksheets would also star
with the top 5 rows of the original sheet, in order to get a heading.
There are about 100 groups of data. I am not very litterate in VBA, s
any help would be highly appreciated in order to save a lot of manua
work!
