DistMon / AutoExecNew Error

Hello,

Whenever I open Excel 2003 I get a message saying "Compile
error in hidden module: DistMon". Also, when I close the
same application it says "Compile error in hidden module:
AutoExecNew". From Office 2003, Excel is the only
application giving me the error.

Please advise.
