Disticnt Count in Pivot table

Hi,

I have a pivot table, with the following data:

Org Name Activity Code Prg Code No of hours Employee count

I got the sum of total hours , but I needed to get a distinct count of employees.
Do I need a macro or a formula will work?

Any help will be apprecaited.
