Dissamble a Lexmark All-in-One.

Hello Everyone,
I have a Lexmark 6150 AiO inkjet printer.
One of the roller covers, there are four, has become dislodged/disconnected
causing the printer to give me a paper jam error. I can not get to the
location to attempt to re-install the part.
I have gone over the printer trying to figure out how to disassemble it but
have had no luck.
Anybody out there have any experience doing this.
Printer is approx 2 years old and out of warranty.
Lexmark support (Sai, Sumanta, Mamta & Anoop) has been no help.
TIA

Excellent suggestion Edwin.
Problem is I beat you to it.
My frustration level got the best of me and I beat the shit out of it.
I didn't use a Craftaman though, I opted for a Estwing drywall hammer.
Thanks anyways.

I realize it's too late to fix it, but what was wrong with
the All-in-One?
