Displaying subject of email

How do I show the subject line under the sender's name in my inbox?

You mean in your overview of messages?
That is the default already. If that is not the case for you anymore, reset
your view;
View-> Arrange By-> Custom...-> Reset Current View

Otherwise, you'll have to post a lot more info about where you are looking
at and what you are trying to achieve. And don't leave out your Outlook
version either ;-)
