Displaying pictures

I create a document in Front Page that includes an
inserted picture or clipart, when I send to an Outlook
Express recipient all they see is a place holder with a
little x in the corner.
 
Hi Bob,

Do you have "RICH TEXT (HTML)" and "SEND PICTURES WITH MESSAGE" enabled?
(In OE / NEW MESSAGE WINDOW / FORMAT).
