How can you eliminate a contacts full information when addressing a email to
them. I do not want it to show both contact's name & full email address.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks

You can't.
You can put the addresses in the BCC: field, if you don't want to disclose
other's addresses.

If you send a mail to yourself you will note that you and (your recipient)
will only see the name after it arrives

Not true in the Windows Mail that I use.

Ah I see it now too, if I enable Preview Pane Header in Layout.

Regardless of the amount of header information the recipient
sees, it is not influenced by what the email composer sees.
Somehow the posters here are confused and think that the
email recipient sees more header information when the message
is sent by WM as opposed to having been sent by OE.
