Is there a way to display Chinese on Pocket PC (2003) in my own application?

PPC is unicode so it should be possible.
In fact i've seen application which enables a german PocketPC to enter
(read and write) chinese characters (with handwriting too!)

But i have no idea how to that in my own software too
I think, first you need a .TTF with chinese characters (the arial or tahama
have these characters - try to copy them from the desktop to the PPC)

But then - how to enter these characters? You would need an IME for the
PPC...
