Displaying all objects in an excel workbook

I have an excel workbook that displays the
warning "Workbook contains macros... .blah blah blah",
but I can't view them.

Is there a way to write a vba procedure that displays all
hidden items like macros, vba procedures, worksheets etc ?

Macros could be Worksheet code, Workbook code or Private Subs, or none at
all.......just an empty module.
