displaying a particular page

Hi,
I could display the page at http://chart.donhr.navy.mil/
from my office computer but not from the home one in spite
I made sure that settings in Tools => Internet Options are
the same. Both are under WinXP Pro with IE 6, though one
is on ADSL and another on a modem. What can be wrong with
the home computer?
