displayincidentlist:java.lang.nullpointerexception

I have no clue! I have been trying to contact HP about
problems I am having and I get a message saying there is
a new response in my inbox, but it won't let me see it
but gives me that error message!
I cannot find it when I search. The closest it comes is
to internet explorer problems. does anyone have a clue
what that means?
