display words in a formula result in Excel

I used the [hh]:mm number format to add hours and minutes. Is there a way to
display the result of 46:40 as 46 hours and 40 minutes

[h] "hours and" mm "minutes"

Try the custom format
[hh] "hours and" mm "minutes"
