Display words from other locations within the document

Hi,

I want to show words in a table from other locations within my document.

I am already using a Table of Contents and a Table of Figures.

I don't understand the instructions for formulas and bookmarks.

Help.

Bookmarks are the answer. Pity you don't understand them. Perhaps get a copy
of Word with a Help file in your native language?
