Display - website text

I have a Dell laptop with XP Home and Office 2003. When I go to the Microsoft
website to get Office updates, the text on the webpages is very large, making
it impossible to find the right links. This seems to happen only on this one
weblink. I have downloaded what I think are the latest drivers for the
display adaptor (NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64) but it still happens. Can someone
help?

If you are using Internet Explorer, go to the microsoft website, click view
at the top, go to text size, change it to medum, or if it is already on there
put it either on smaller or smallest.

I've done that, and even checking "smallest" leaves the text so big that you
have to scroll a long way just to reach the bottom of the home page or the
right side of it. Any other ideas? Why is it so big on only this one website
and no others?
