Display Two Forms

I have two forms that I would like to show a the same time but they are not
related to one another. Is there any way to get them to show at the same
time. Like maybe a freeze pane to seperate the two forms?
 
Create a third form that is unbound.

Place each of these other two forms on that unbound form and have your
menu open the unbound form.

You can put your two forms in a third form as non-connected subforms.
