No. You need to go into the Display properties applet and look in an
Advanced section for your video card. Nvidia cards often have their own
control panel applet, YMMV. In any case, there will be an entry for
"rotation" where you can change back to normal.
R-click in unoccupied Desktop, take Properties. On the Settings page
click Advanced and look for a Tab with Rotation (ATI) or GForce (NVidia
- that then has a Rotation available)
