Display too small to read!!!

I have winxp pro. Some of the display is too small and unclear to read. For instance, the blue title of google.com display is hard to read and unclear, but underneath the title description is ok. Also some web pages gives too small and unclear display. Tried different display settings, still the same problem. The video card ati radeon connect 3d with 34 mb mem. Any help is appreciated
