display startup

hi!

i'm having a problem with display resolution at startup.... It always
changes resolution from 1600x1200@85hz to 640x480@60hz.... so whenever i
turn on my pc i loose position of all my desktop icons and i have to change
resolution manually... This startd happening when i got a few trojans and
deleted them....
I tried to reinstall my graphic driver (Nvidia) but the same thing
happens.....

Any suggestions?
