Display Settings

I try to access the Display settings in the control panel, and all that I can
accomplish is clicking on the Icon with no access to the functions withinn
the display, any thoughts as to what causes this and the potential fix to the
issue?

Right-click the mouse on an empty area of the desktop and see if display
settings comes up.

To open Display Properties, try both of these.

Right click the Desktop and click Properties

Start | Run | Type: desk.cpl | Click OK
