I use dual monitors on a laptop. If I forget to move all windows bact from
the second monitor and am not connected to it I cannot acces the information.
How do I get the extended windows back to the laptop screen without the
second monitor attached?

How do I get the extended windows back to the laptop screen without the
second monitor attached?

Check your laptop documentation. You may need to enable a Display
Properties setting that will automatically revert the primary display to
the laptop screen. Or there may be a built-in key combo provided that does
the same. If your laptop provides no alternatives, you'll need to manually
reset the display before disconnecting from the other monitor.
