Display Seems to be Upside Down

My display seems to be upside down at the startup. Is there any solution to
this? Maybe a change of settings or something like that because i'm sure it
have nothing to do with my monitor. thank you
 
look in your display adaptor settings for something like rotation 180 and
make that to normal 0

control panel> display>settings>advanced
