I have a Dell Inspiron and one of the user accounts has gotten into a default
video size of 768 by 1024 -- yes in that order. I cannot move the slider in
the settings page to change this. How do I get this fixed? Is there
something screwed up in my registry? This is only a problem for one user.

Hi,
Can you go to Advance Option or not, if you could try to see this Option :
Click ON Advanced Button under Settings and click Monitor Tab and see if the
Right Monitor is selected.
Then be sure this Check box is Selected;
[ ] Hide modes that this monitor cannot display
Clearing this check box allows you to select display modes that this monitor
cannot display correctly. This may lead to an unusable display and/or damaged
hardware.
Click on General and see if the DPI settings been set right, I will set it
to 96DPI.
