Display Resolution

Hi

Can any of you I.T. people help me please. I am having promblems with my
display resolutions in A.O.L.
I am useing A.O.L when suddenly the resoultion changes to a large screen. I
go into control panel and change the resolution click and apply and O.K. it
works for a while before going back to the in large window.

What am I doing wrong. your help will be most welcome.
