Interestingly, Access allows you to use a Subform/Subreport Control in a
Report which has a Form embedded (so you can display a Form in a Report) but
does not allow a Subform/Subreport Control in a Form which has a Report
embedded (so you cannot display a Report in a Form).

You could put a Command Button on the Form to Open the Report, and, if
necessary, collect the Criteria from that same Form.
